Last Minute Addition -- HONEY!!

HONEY!!!

When we checked our bee hive yesterday,we found that, unfortunately, our bees did not make it through the winter. We are quite sad for this loss, but that also means that we can now freely harvest the remaining honey within the hive.

We are currently gathering and using the “crush and strain” technique to hand harvest our honey. It is unprocessed, raw honey direct from the hive.

Proceeds from the sale of the honey will go toward purchasing a new “nuc” of bees to install into our hive in April.

Purchasing our honey shows a commitment to helping the bee populations and aids in valuable pollination of our crops.

Quantities will fluctuate as we continue to strain and jar up the honey, so if it appears unavailable, it may have sold out. Check back often.
