Bread Machine Buckwheat Bread

Very light and airy for a buckwheat bread with a sweet, nutty flavor.

Serves: One 1 1/2 pound loaf


Ingredients
2 tsp Active Dy Yeast
2 2/3 cup Bread Flour
3/4 cup Buckwheat Flour
3/4 tsp Salt
1 TBSP Sugar
1 Egg      View Available Products
1 Egg Yolk
1/4 cup Sour Cream      View Available Products
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
3/4 cup Water

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients in the order recommended by your bread machine manufacturer. Process on the bread cycle.
