Clover Creek Cheese Cellar is a family operated dairy in Williamsburg, PA. On our farm, we produce Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture regulated artisan raw milk cheeses and pasture-raised raw milk and beef.

About Ojala Farm

Ojala Farm is a 126-acre family-owned dairy farm in beautiful MorrisonĀ“s Cove, Blair County. Our operation is grass based, which means that the cows are outside in the fresh air, eating grass and other fresh plants all summer. In the winter they eat dry hay. We move our cows to fresh pasture at least two times a day, sometimes more. We plan for all of our cows to have their calves and start milking in March or April. In the spring months there is plenty of grass for them to eat when they need the most energy. We raise our calves in open pens with other calves their age until they are old enough to eat grass. At that point we move the cows outside to the pasture and feed them whey from cheese making.

About Clover Creek Cheese Cellar

Conceived long ago in the minds of the founders and finally launched in the summer of 2005, we use quality raw milk from Ojala Farm to produce a selection of healthy, delicious cheeses. We sell the cheese through a variety of venues, including farmerĀ“s markets, health food stores, festivals and shows, and directly from the farm. The same raw milk used for producing the cheese is also available for purchase. We also sell pasture-raised beef.
